Residential Lettings
Raglan International specialises in the letting of houses and flats primarily in Prime Central London. In certain circumstances we will assist in the letting of property elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
Many of our clients are overseas or out of London and the Lettings service is often intertwined with our Property Management service.
Our Lettings Service is designed around our clients and we organise a full solution as part of our standard package.
Upon appraisal we will guide you on the best strategy for your property; level of rent, furnished or unfurnished; when to refurbish and when the best time of year would be to present your property to the market.
We continually monitor the various legislation that affect health and safety, property, tax and rulings and are regulated and proud members of The Association of Residential Lettings Agents Propertymark (Arla.co.uk).
We have a wealth of potential Tenants registered with us; upon instruction (of your property) we will internally contact the most suitable applicants. Simultaneously we commence advertising on all of the main portals – Zoopla, Rightmove and On the Market. For certain particular properties we advertise in the weekend editions of main, leading broadsheets and their supplements.
Your property will be shown to potential applicants by one of our highly skilled and knowledgeable negotiators. Each one is extensively trained and all of them are proud members of ARLA Propertymark; they have a deep knowledge of the London lettings market and legislation. We will then negotiate the most suitable and best offer for the Landlord and our ARLA Propertymark approved contract will be issued upon approval.
All potential Tenants are referenced to the highest level possible. This includes credit checks, previous Landlord and employment references.
A five week deposit is taken and lodged with one of the main government approved schemes.
Rent collection is included within our service and funds received by us are paid directly to Landlords within two working days at the latest – this differs substantially from all other agents.
Our all encompassing Lettings Service has been forged over the last ten years and is designed for as little or as much involvement as Landlords require.
Our mantle is to provide you with the best possible Tenants who in turn will cherish and look after your property as if it were their own. We will also obtain the highest and fairest rent creating symbioses. We have done this countlessly over the last twelve years and will continue to do so long into the future… hopefully for you.
Residential Short-Lettings Service
We offer houses and flats including serviced apartments on a short let basis. Typically these arrangements are less than six months and are ideal for persons or families looking for a short stay but without the confines of a hotel.
Rents are typically higher but inclusive of all government taxes and rates.
Concierge service can be included.
