In most instances you will have to pay a six week deposit prior to taking occupation. In many cases it is mandatory that your deposit is lodged with an approved deposit scheme. We use The Deposit Protection Service. You can be rest assured that your deposit will be as well looked after as you will be, especially if your Landlord is using the Raglan Property Management Service.
Technically a Short-Let is anything less than six months. We have a selection of superb properties ideal for Short-Lets. They are often more luxurious than staying in a hotel (even Park Lane favourites), and offer wonderful independence. Short-Lets are inclusive of most utilities and we can arrange for room servicing and concierge. Because of the high turnaround of Short-Lets, not all are advertised on our website.

Tenancy Fee Ban 2019
As of the 1st June 2019, it is not permitted for letting agents or landlords to charge tenants administration fees, inventory check-in fees or referencing fees at the start of a new tenancy.
It is permitted, however, to charge for the below:
• Utilities bills (including council tax and TV Licence)
• 5-week deposits for an annual rent of up to £50,000 per annum. If the rent is between £50,000 and £100,000 per annum, we will ask for a 6-week deposit
• Holding deposits of 1 week’s rent
• Making changes to the terms of the tenancy
• For an early termination, tenants will need to pay the agreed rent until we have a new tenant to take over
• The loss of keys, security devices and locksmith charges
• Rent arrears
