It is so important that not only do you receive the best possible and fairest rent for your Lettings property, but you also have the correct type of tenant.
We believe that it is vital to provide the most suitable tenant to your property, which is why all tenants are referenced to the highest standards possible. Once referencing has been done and contract formalities arranged, we often encourage that our landlords meet their prospective tenants. This usually gives peace of mind to Landlord and Tenant and of course, to us here at Raglan. These informal meetings are of course are at no extra charge and usually conducted over a cup of tea and scone here in our offices. If you are an overseas Landlord this cannot always be achieved but you can be rest assured with our exhaustive referencing.
If you have not registered as a Landlord with Raglan but would like an expert Lettings market appraisal, please contact us on +44 (0) 20 7937 5272 or email email@example.com and we will arrange a mutually convenient time to appraise your property.
Please take the time to look at some of our properties and contact us directly to arrange a viewing. We will be more than happy to show you between the hours of 8.00am to 19.00hrs Monday to Saturday and additionally by appointment outside these times.
If we cannot find exactly what you are looking for, please contact us directly and we will endeavour to find you another property through our superb network with other reputable Estate Agents. Raglan will do the searching for you, the only difficulty you face is to make the choice from such a wide selection of properties!
In most instances you will have to pay a six week deposit prior to taking occupation. In many cases it is mandatory that your deposit is lodged with an approved deposit scheme. We use The Deposit Protection Service. You can be rest assured that your deposit will be as well looked after as you will be, especially if your Landlord is using the Raglan Property Management Service.
Technically a Short-Let is anything less than six months. We have a selection of superb properties ideal for Short-Lets. They are often more luxurious than staying in a hotel (even Park Lane favourites), and offer wonderful independence. Short-Lets are inclusive of most utilities and we can arrange for room servicing and concierge. Because of the high turnaround of Short-Lets, not all are advertised on our website.
